Hello, everypup! Mom and Dad are getting married on August 3rd, and Mom's dress arrived at the store today! I am telling her to bring it home, because I will shred it very nicely for her, but she keeps saying no! How stupid is that! It would be my present to her for finally biting the bullet with Dad, but apparently she just doesn't like presents. Bones, my feline sister who doesn't let me do ANYTHING around her since she's the alpha (and a cranky one at that), told me that if Mom does bring the dress home soon, she'll protect it by sleeping on it, 
because she likes pretty things. I told Mom that, and THAT didn't make her very happy either! Something to do with the way Bones looks...I don't get it.

Ugh! You should be part of the wedding! If my humans ever decide to get married, they said I will definetely be part of the wedding, unless they just elope.
And I think some of your pretty red and white hairs would look really nice on her dress!

Do you think our human would feel better about it if I shredded the dress? I'm not much of a shredder, but I'm willing to help out!
When my mom and dad got married in December, mom was very careful to keep her dress hidden in an "off-limits" room. However, she was more worried about Wilbur and his claws than Steve and me.
At least you get to go to the petsitter. Steve and I had to go to board & train while our parents got married and spent a week eating honey under the moon. (Is that right? I think that's what a honeymoon is.)

I think it's rather rude she won't let you at least lay on it so she can have some of your fur on the dress during the wedding.
Bones sure looks like a mean kitty. I wouldn't mess with her either!

Hi Marley. Thanks for visiting - I have a new friend! Yes Cubby was a big guy. My Mom has this really cool picture of him lying in front of the sofa and he's the lenght of the sofa. I have to get her to put it in the computer so she can post it. I bet you are excited about the wedding? Will you get to be in it? Maybe carry the flowers? you can't eat them. I do the mouthing thing to, my Mom gives me ice cubes now so I leave her alone.
